The sample size comprised 250 participants, selected through purposive sampling to include recent graduates and employers from various industries. The case study was conducted in Lagos State, Nigeria, chosen for its diverse economic sectors and significant vocational education infrastructure. Findings indicated that vocational education played a crucial role in enhancing graduates' job readiness and employability skills, contributing to reduced unemployment rates in specific sectors. Recommendations included strengthening industry partnerships for work-integrated learning, expanding vocational training opportunities in emerging sectors, and promoting vocational education as a viable pathway to sustainable employment and economic development.
